I Bombed Two Tests This Week

Life, New Mexico Tech

Flip!

I got a 74 on my math test and a 76 on my physics test. To my standards, that’s considered “bombing,” no, I think I nuked these tests. This week sucked in terms of scores. And the only reason why I got these bad scores was because I was being careless. Why the hell do I do these things? Why must I make these mistakes on tests, why can’t they be made when I study or do homework or some crap like that?

Well, it seems I’m not as smart or clever as I think myself to be. I’m worthless! /cutwrist

I think I need a short little break from this whole school fiasco. I think I’ll spend a bit of the weekend working on the site a bit. Now that I look back to things on my theme, there are definitely a lot of places that I could most definitely improve and make better. What I want to do first is the only question I have to deal with.

Perhaps this little design digression will be enough of a temporary escape from reality to soothe my failures.

So far... one

I wouldn’t be too discouraged. A lot of freshmen level classes are meant to scare off freshmen or give them a “shock” into the college system. The first weeks are always the hardest. Find your groove, places for study, sleep, eating, and fun activities. After you get comfortable I think you will be fine. Trust me, there is always someone having a harder time, if not many more.

If classes are a continued issue, speak to the professor. They will likely have suggestions or other help available to make you succeed. Although some students may think that a college just wants your money, professors usually care a great deal.

Good luck though, let us know if things get better or if we can help.
