Okay first off, if you (or someone you know) have a WordPress 2.1.1 installation on your blog, get version 2.1.2. Like, now.
In case you didn’t catch it on the official website, some sneaky little cracker modified and fubarred the 2.1.1 zip which allows for remote PHP executions. Aside from the technical jargon I would almost go into, it basically spells disaster. So upgrade to 2.1.2 if you value your blog.
I just thought I’d tell you here.
Today in Life
It’s Friday… Thank God It’s Friday. This week was longer than usual, despite the fact that the district mandated Wednesday and Thursday off for the “Next Step Plan” conferences… and whose idea was it to make us return back to school on Friday, only to have us go back home on the weekend? Crack.
Next Wednesday and Thursday are the state “Standards-Based Assessment.” I don’t have to take it because it’s only for 9th and 11th graders (sucker!), so another two days off for me and my senior buddies! w00t!
I’ll be frank; the standards here in New Mexico are pretty low, so if anyone at school fails this test (which many will, because that’s just the reality of it), he or she fails at life, and therefore, should not live.
Good luck skill, test-takers. ![]()
