As if struggling with ever-increasing school work wasn’t already bad enough. My ISP, Qwest, decided to be twats and somehow create a downtime for subscribers in my area. So far, as of this posting, this is day 6 of the downtime since I first got disconnected. Since then, not a single glimmer of hope (AKA the “Internet” light flashing JUST ONCE on my modem) has come.
My brother’s through paying $60 a month for a high-speed internet service that can’t even get its users connected to the Internet to begin with.
Until a new ISP comes, activity all around will be very stagnant — as if it wasn’t already stagnant enough.
In the event that you’re wondering, I’m posting this from my sister’s house, just two doors down.

You’re paying sixty bucks for qwest hi-speed, you must be on an old plan because we only pay $36 for qwest hi-speed 7Mb connection.
hehe, i got soemthing in the mail from Qwest guaranteeing aroung $30/month for life. I think the price has something to do with the package deals they offer when you have more services from them.
Dude, that blows..
My ISP isn’t great, but it’s reliable. Just wish it was something a bit better than dial up. D:
