So now I got this domain, now what, just keep on with normal blogging? Well yeah, that’s what I plan on doing, but I need to change a few things to keep my normal killing spree (soon to be a kill frenzy — Halo 2 reference???).

Caleb and I have been dealing with a problem involving the failed delivery of a page when a user sometimes visits the site. It could happen right when the home page is loaded, or could happen when any of the pages are called. It just results in a blank screen of death, like so blank it’s scary, because a quick View Source would reveal that the browser has retrieved the HTML code, but is not displaying it. The catch is that it’s only happening every now and then on random. There is something sinister going on behind the scenes, hence why I have dispatched server ninja Caleb to work on the problem, with the help of friends from the xampp homepage.

Now then, what am I going to be doing with the site within the next week or two? That’s about as dumb as a question as asking a retard what his IQ is (okay, bad analogy, but screw it).

Well here’s what I’m planning on doing:

1. Keep on working on the “failed-page-loading” problem. This needs to be resolved once and for all!
2. Resume working on the new theme. I promise that this new theme won’t rape bandwidth anymore like this current theme does (can you say take an eternity to load a page?). Some spoilers include the fact that it’s a bit more graphics-intensive, but will have way cleaner code to give dial-uppers a break, and will be designed and laid out pretty simply.
3. Load up the stuff I’ve been wanting to share and distribute for awhile (particularly, my StepMania simfiles).
4. Uh, that’s it…

Oh yeah, Caleb also wants adsense on this site — guess it wouldn’t hurt to make a cent or two, would it? The catch would be for me to figure out how to deliver the would-be ads in the most efficient, non-annoying manner…
